The “Maintain Function Parameters” page appears.

Default Item Category Code

The code that identifies the item category that you want to set as the default option for the service item code being automatically generated by the system.

Use the drop-down list box to select the item category code to be set as default. A predefined list of item category codes is displayed as options.

Default UOM for Service Item

The unit of measurement for service item that you want to set as the default option.

Numbering Type for Service Level

The numbering type for service level that you want to set as the default option.

User the drop-down list box to select the numbering type for service level to be set as default. The system displays Automatic and Manual as options.

Default Sale Price

The default transaction charges.

Default Item Account Group

The group that identifies the account that you want to set as the default option for the account group being automatically generated by the system.

Use the drop-down list box to select the account group to be set as default. A predefined list of account groups is displayed as options.

The system saves the entered function parameter details in this page.

The following details are displayed at the bottom of the page:

Created By

The name of the user who created the function parameters.

Created Date

The date and time on which the function parameters was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the function parameters.

Last Modified Date

The date and time on which the function parameters was last modified.
