View Service Level
Select the “View Service Level” link under the “Service Level Agreements” business component.
The “View Service Level” page appears.
Enter the following field details in the header:

Service Level |
The code identifying the service level offered by the CED process (Alphanumeric, 18). |

Press <Enter> key. |

The system displays an error message if this field is left blank. The system checks for the existence of the entered service level. If not available, then the system displays an error message. The system retrieves and displays the details pertaining to the entered service level in this page. |

The system displays the following detail:

Duration [M] |
The number identifying the duration of the contract. |
|
Status |
The status of the service level. IT can be either “Active” or “InActive”. |
|
Default Response Time [h] |
The number identifying the default response time at which the service will be provided by CED engineer. |
|
Base Price |
The number identifying the base price for the created service level. |
|
Currency |
The code identifying the currency in which the service level amount has to be paid. |
|
Number of Visits |
The total number of visits for the created service level. |
|
Including Labour |
The check box to indicate that the labour hours will not be included while raising an invoice for the customer. |
|
All Spare Parts Included |
The check box to indicate that all the spare type items used in the work order should be included. |
|
All Services Included |
The check box to indicate that all the service type items used in the work order should be included. |
The system displays the following details in the “Default Intervention Period” group box:
The default intervention period for “Monday”:

The time from which the service can be provided for the customer. |

To |
The time till which the service can be provided for the customer. |
The default intervention period for “Tuesday”:

From |
The time from which the service can be provided for the customer. |

To |
The time till which the service can be provided for the customer. |

From |
The time from which the service can be provided for the customer. |

To |

To indicate if the spare part entered has to be included or excluded from the replenishment list. It can be either “Include” or “Exclude”. |

Unit Rate |
The unit rate of each item whose value is retrieved from the service level agreement. |

Discount [%] |
The number identifying the percentage of discount offered by the CED process. |
