View Recurring Voucher Template – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to search for a recurring voucher template that is used to raise payment vouchers to payees on a periodical basis and view its details. You can also view the status information of the vouchers generated using the template. If electronic payment is applicable then you can also view the electronic payment information. This activity also allows you to add notes pertaining to the voucher template.

What you can do in this activity
Viewing electronic payment details
The status of the vouchers created using a template can be viewed through this activity.
4 Go to “View Voucher Status” page.
4 View the list of recurring vouchers along with their status.
Viewing electronic payment details
If the payment has to be made through electronic payment mode, then the electronic payment details can be viewed.
4 Go to “Electronic Payments” page.
4 View the LSV and specific bank details.
The corresponding Tax calculation details can be viewed.
4 Go to the “Tax Calculation” page.
4 View the Tax details.
