This page allows you to view the financial information of the maintenance issue transaction. The maintenance issue transaction records issue of material from a warehouse based on the maintenance work order. You can view the transaction details, warehouse details, item details and account details of a maintenance issue transaction.
Select “Financial Information” link at the bottom of the “View Maintenance Issue”.
The “Financial Information” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Status |
The status of the maintenance issue transaction. |

Transaction No. |
The number identifying the maintenance issue transaction. |

Posting FB |
The finance book to which the financials are to be posted. |
|
Warehouse Code |
A unique code identifying the warehouse. |

Warehouse Desc. |
A textual description of the warehouse. |
The system displays the following in the “Accounting Information” multiline:

Item Code |
A unique code identifying the item. |
|
Variant Code |
Variant Code of the item. |
|
Cost Center |
The cost center for which issue details are entered. |
|
Account Code |
The account code to which the value of the item being issued must be debited. |
|
Analysis Code |
The analysis code of the account to which the value of the item being issued must be debited. |
|
Sub Analysis Code |
The sub analysis code of the analysis code to which the value of the item being issued must be debited. |
|
Transaction UOM |
The unit of measurement of the items issued through the maintenance issue transaction. |
|
Qty. |
The total quantity of a particular item issued. |
|
Value |
The total value of the item issued through the maintenance issue transaction in base currency. |

Stock Status |
The stock status of the item issued. |
|
Task Code |
The code identifying the maintenance task specified in work order. |
Check the “Select” column in the multiline to select the transaction for attaching notes.
