This page allows you to search and select a material request for which the inventory issue transaction is to be created and authorized. You can directly enter the consumption point, warehouse code and the material request number if you know the exact value or you can carry out a search using the material request details, item details and warehouse details. Based on the specified search criteria, the system displays the material request details, warehouse code, consumption point and item details in the “Search Results” multiline.
Select the "Create & Authorize Inventory Issue " link under the "Stock Issue" business component
The “Select MR No.” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Direct Entry” group box:

Consumption Point |
Use the drop-down list box to select the point that has requested for the issue of items from the warehouse. |

Warehouse Code |
A unique code identifying the warehouse from where the items are issued.(Alphanumeric, 10) Mandatory. |

Material Request No. |
The unique number identifying the material request.(Alphanumeric, 18) |
Select the “Create & Authorize Inventory Issue” link to create and authorize the inventory issue transaction if you know the Material Request No.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box if you want to search the MR NO:

Use the drop-down list box to select the department/organizational unit that has requested for the issue of items from the warehouse. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results in the “Search Results” multiline.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

The date on which the material request was created. |

Use the drop-down list box to select the point that has requested for the issue of items from the warehouse. |

Check the “Select” column in the multiline and click the “Create & Authorize Inventory Issue” link to create and authorize the inventory issue transaction or take the data hyper link from MR No to go to the next page.
