Using online help

This page allows you to search and select a lot number and transfer the details to the field where it is required.

You can search for a lot number by specifying the from lot number, to lot number, from sub lot number, to sub lot number, from manufacturing date, to manufacturing date, from expiry date, to expiry date, uom , alt uom , warehouse code as the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the lot numbers. The selected lot numbers is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.

The “Help on Lot and Sublot Numbers” page appears.

Warehouse Code

The code identifying the warehouse where the item is stored (Alphanumeric, 10). You can specify this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the warehouse codes that are similar to the value entered here.

Lot No

A code identifying the lot (Alphanumeric,28)

From Sub Lot No

The starting number in the range of sub lot numbers for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 3). You can also enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

To Sub Lot No

The ending number in the range of sub lot numbers for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 3). The system lists all the pack slip numbers that are lesser than the value entered here.

From Manufacturing Date

The starting date in the range of dates from which the manufacturing details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be less than or equal to the system date. The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page.

To Manufacturing Date

The ending date in the range of dates from which the manufacturing details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be greater than or equal to the value entered in the “From Manufacturing Date” field.

From Expiry Date

The starting date in the range of dates from which the expiry details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be less than or equal to the system date. The system date is displayed by default on launch of the page.

To Expiry Date

The ending date in the range of dates from which the expiry details must be retrieved (Date Format). The value entered in this field must be greater than or equal to the value entered in the “From Expiey Date” field.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the lot/sub lot.

Alt UOM

The alternate unit of measurement for lot/sub lot of a catchweight item.

The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Lot No

A code identifying the lot.

From Sub Lot No

The number identifying the sub lot of an item.

Zone

A code identifying the zone under the warehouse.

Bin

A code identifying the bin under the zone.

Qty

The quantity of stock available for the item in the specified lot/sub lot/zone/bin (Integer).

Alt Qty

The alternate quantity of the item.

Stock Status

The status of the lot of the item.

Manufacturing Date

The date of manufacture of the lot.

Expiry Date

The expiry date of the lot/sub lot.
