View Stock Transfer

This page allows you to view the details of the stock transfer transaction. Stock transfer transaction enables transfer of materials from one warehouse to another. You can view the item details, UOM, stock status, quantity, warehouse details, and item details of a production receipt. The system also displays the date on which the stock transfer transaction was created and last modified and the login id of the user who created and last modified the stock transfer transaction. However, if the item is serial numbered and the starting and ending serial numbers are spread across multiple zone/bin combinations, the system does not display the zone/bin wise split data of serial numbered items.

Select “View Stock Transfer” link at the top of the “Select Stock Transfer” page.

The “View Stock Transfer” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Workflow Status

The status of the document as per Workflow Applicability. The Workflow status will be visible only if "Workflow Applicability" for the transaction is set to Yes in Company Parameter Setup component. In addition, Workflow status will not be visible if the application status and Workflow status are the same.

The system displays the following:

Status	The status of the stock transfer transaction.
Transaction No.	A unique number identifying the stock transfer transaction
Transaction Date	The date on which the stock transfer transaction is created.

The system displays the following in the “Reason For return” group box:

Reason Code	A unique code identifying the reason for not authorizing the stock transfer transaction.
Reason Desc.	A textual description of the reason code.

The system displays the following in the “Item Information” multiline:

Item Code	A unique code identifying the item.
Variant Code	Variant code of the item.
Item Variant Desc.	A textual description of the item/variant.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the item issued through the stock transfer transaction.
Qty.	The number of units of the item to be moved.
Stock Status	The stock status of the item to be transferred.
Value	The value or cost of the materials to be moved. The value of the stock is calculated based on the applicable costing method.
From Warehouse	The unique code of the warehouse from which you wish to transfer the items.
From Zone	The number identifying the zone under the warehouse from which you wish to transfer the items.
From Bin	The number identifying the bin under the zone from which you wish to move the items.
To Warehouse	The unique code identifying the warehouse to which you want to move the items.
To Zone	The number identifying the zone under the warehouse to which you wish to transfer the items.
To Bin	The number identifying the bin under the zone to which you wish to move the items.
Lot No.	The unique number identifying the lot in the warehouse.
Sub Lot No.	The number identifying the sub lot under the lot.
Starting Serial No.	The starting serial number of the item that is to be to be issued.
Ending Serial No.	The ending serial number of the item that is to be to be issued.
Remark Code	The unique code identifying the remark.
Remark Desc.	The textual description of the remark code.

Check the “Select” column in the multiline to select the transaction for viewing details of stock transfer transaction and viewing notes

Select the data hyperlink provided in the “Item Code” field of the multiline to view the details of items.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login id of the user who created the stock transfer transaction.
Created Date	The system date on which the stock transfer transaction is created.
Last Modified By	The login id of the user who lastly modified the stock transfer transaction.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the stock transfer transaction was last modified.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “Comprehensive View” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of stock transfer transaction.

Select “Attach Notes” link at the bottom of the page to view notes for stock transfer transaction.
