Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series webpage

Using online help

This Help page allows you to search and select a zone/bin number and transfer the details to the field where it is required.

You can search for a zone/bin number by specifying the zone number, zone description, bin number and bin description as the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the zones and bins for which opening balance has not been created previously for the specified item/variant. If no item/variant details are entered in the main page, then the system retrieves all zones and bins. If the zone is of “Free” type and opening balance has been created for all zones for the warehouse, then the system will not retrieve any details based on the search criteria. The warehouse must exist in the login OU and must be of “Normal” storage type. The selected zone/bin number is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.

The “Help On Zone / Bin” page appears.
