This page allows you to inquire the stock details for lot-controlled item/variants in a stocking point or OU. You can carry out a search using lot number details, sub-lot number details, manufacturing date details, expiration date details and retest date details as filter criteria. You can also carry out a search using attribute details such as attribute code, type, quantitative value and qualitative value. You can choose to search the stock details of lot  -controlled items using either lot details or attribute details or both. Based on the specified search criteria, the system displays warehouse code, zone/bin combination, lot number details, manufacturing date, expiration date, retest date, stock status and quantity of stock available in the warehouse.

The “Attribute Based Lot Stock Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Item Code

A unique code identifying the item in the warehouse.

Variant Code

A unique code identifying the variant, if the item supports variants.

Required UOM

The unit of measurement in which you wish to inquire the stock of the item. If the required UOM is not specified in the main page, stock information inquiry will be done in stock UOM.

Item Variant Desc.

A textual description of the item variant.

 

Zoom facility available

Stock UOM

A unit of measurement of the item stocked in the warehouse of the selected OU.

Stocking Point

The OU in which the warehouse for which you wish to inquire the stock is defined

Warehouse Code

A unique code identifying the warehouse.

Total Stock Qty.

The total amount of stock quantity in various stock statuses in the selected warehouse.

Lot No. From

The lot number from which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Alphanumeric, 18)

Lot No. To

The lot number till which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Alphanumeric, 18)

Sub. Lot. From

The sub-lot number from which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Alphanumeric, 28)

Sub. Lot No. To

The sub-lot number till which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Alphanumeric, 28)

Mfg. Date From

The date of manufacture of the lot from which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Date Format)

Mfg. Date To

The date of manufacture of the lot till which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Date Format)

Expiration Date From

The date of expiry of the lot from which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Date Format)

Expiration Date To

The date of expiry of the lot till which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Date Format)

Retest Date From

The retest date of the lot from which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Date Format)

 

Retest Date

The retest date of the lot till which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Date Format)

Attribute Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the attribute (Alphanumeric, 10). By default, this field is set to “Blank”, thereby displaying lot details irrespective of the attribute values.

The system displays the following in the “Attribute Selection Criteria” multiline.

Attribute Type

The type of attribute. Attributes are of two types “Qualitative” and “Quantitative”. The system retrieves and displays the attribute type for the corresponding attribute code

Quantitative Value From

The quantitative value of the attribute from which you wish to view the lot details.(Integer)

Quantitative Value To

The quantitative value of the attribute till which you wish to view the lot details.(Integer)

Qualitative Value

The qualitative value of the attribute for which you wish to inquire the lot details.(Integer)

The system displays the following in the multiline

Quantitative Attribute UOM

The unit of measurement of the item if attribute type is quantitative.

Attribute Desc.

The textual description of the attribute.

The system displays the following in the “Lot Results” multiline:

Warehouse Code

A unique code identifying the warehouse.

Zone

The number identifying the zone in the warehouse in which the item is stored.

Bin

The number identifying the bin in which the item is stored in the zone.

Lot No.

The unique number identifying the lot in the warehouse.

Ref. Lot No.

The lot number specified by the vendor or manufacturer.

Sub Lot No.

The number identifying the sub-lot under the lot.

Manufacturing Date

The date of manufacture of the lot.

Expiration Date

The date of expiry of the lot

 Retest Date

Date on which the item that is in “Accepted” stock status are expected to move to “Quarantined” status. Retest date should be a sum of manufacturing date and retest period. This date would be less than the lot expiration date.

Stock Status

The stock status of the items stored in the lot.

Qty.

The total amount of stock quantity in the selected warehouse for the lot / sub lot.
