Item Dashboard
This section deals with the business component Stock Maintenance component and its activity New Item Create Checklist.
Item Dashboard – A summary of the activity
This activity allows you to query the item codes and view the item mapping details. The system retrieves the entire details of the item and displays Yes or No to indicate the attribute mapping status.

Item Dashboard – An Overview
This page allows you to retrieve and view the item mapping details for a given item search criteria.

Item Dashboard
Ø Select the “Item Dashboard” link under Stock Maintenance from the left pane.
The “Item Dashboard” page appears.
Ø Enter the following:

Item Code |
The code identifying the newly created item for which you want to view the mapping details. |
|
Variant |
The variant of the item code by which you want to retrieve the item codes. |
|
Description |
The description of the item by which you want to retrieve the item codes. |
|
Item Type |
Select the item type by which you want to retrieve the list of item codes. |
Ø Click the Search button.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the Search Results multiline based on the above specified criteria:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. The hyperlink launches the ‘Item Quick Creation’ activity. |

Variant |
The variant of the item. |

Item Code Description |
The description of the item. |
|
Basic Information |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether basic information has been specified for the item code. The hyperlink launches the ‘Item Basic Information‘ activity |

Purchase Information |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether purchase information has been specified for the item code. |
|
Sales Information |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether sales information has been specified for the item code. |
|
Planning Information |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether planning information has been specified for the item code. |
|
Accounting Information |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether accounting information has been specified for the item code. |
|
Item Attribute Mapping |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether item attribute mapping has been done for the item code. |
|
Item Group (Purchase) |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether item grouping has been done for purchase for the item code. |
|
Item Group (Sales) |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether item grouping has been done for sales for the item code. |
|
Item Group (Production) |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether item grouping has been done for production for the item code. |
|
Storage Allocation |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether storage allocation has been specified for the item code. |

Formula Details |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether formula has been created for the item |
|
Master Recipe |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether master recipe has been created for the item code. |

Item Level Parameters – Production Order Management |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether item level parameters are set for the item in Production Order Management Component |

Control Point Definition |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether control point definition has been done for the item code in Quality Management component. |
|
Supplier Item Mapping |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether supplier item mapping has been done for the item code. |
|
Price List |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether price list is available for the item code. |
|
Customer Item Mapping |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether customer item mapping has been done for the item code. |
|
Account Rule Definition |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether account rule definition is available for the item code. |
|
Cost Center Rule Definition |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether cost center rule definition is available for the item code. |
|
Costing Model |
The system displays Yes or No to indicate whether the item is mapped to a cost center in the costing model. |

Status |
The status of the item code is displayed. |
