This page allows you to view the transfer note details. You can view the details like the number identifying the document, the type of the document, status of the transfer note, date on which the documents were raised, the code identifying the supplier, the name of the supplier and the code identifying the finance book. In case there is any exchange variance, then the currency variance information like the cost center, the analysis and the sub-analysis details can be viewed. If there is any partial transfer of the balance, then the reference document details can also be viewed. You can also view the invoice details for the selected document.
Select the “View Transfer Note” link available in the “Select Transfer Note” page.

The system displays the following in the header.
Workflow Status |
The status of the document as per Workflow applicability. |

Transfer Debit Note or Transfer Credit Note”. |

The number identifying the Transfer Note. |

The status of the transfer note. It could be “Draft”, “Fresh” or “Authorized”. |
Doc. Date |
The date on which the transfer notes was raised. |
Supplier Code |
The code identifying the supplier. |

The supplier name. |
Currency |
The currency in which the transfer is made. |
Exchange Rate |
The exchange rate of the currency. |
Account Code |
The code identifying the account. |
Finance Book |
The code identifying the finance book in which the transfer details are posted. |
Doc. Amount |
The amount of the document. |
Comments |
Any remarks pertaining to the transfer of balance. |

Note: The system displays the following details only if there is any exchange rate variance.
Cost Center |
The cost center to which the transfer amount must be posted. |
Analysis Code |
The analysis code to which the selected account is mapped in the "Assign Analysis Code" activity of the "Account Based Budgeting" business component. |
Sub-Analysis Code |
The sub-analysis code, which is mapped to the analysis code in the "Assign Sub Analysis Code" activity of the "Account Based Budgeting" business component. |
The system displays the following in the “Project Information” multiline:
Project OU |
The organization unit in which the project has been created. |
Project / Sub-Project Code |
The code identifying the project / sub-project to which the transaction is associated. |
Project / Sub-Project Description |
The description of the project / sub-project. |
The system displays the following in the “Document Information” multiline:
Doc. Type |
The type of the document, which could be “Direct Invoice”, “Order Based Invoice”, “Debit Note” and “Credit Note”. |

The number identifying the reference document. |
Supplier Registered At |
The place where the supplier is registered. |
Doc. Date |
The date on which the documents were raised. |
Amount |
The document amount. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the documents for viewing their invoice details.

Displays the Supplier Account code for the reference Document |

The login ID of the user who last modified the payment information. |

The date on which the payment information for the transfer note was modified last. |

If Swiss pay modes are not applicable for the company, select the “Payment Schedule” link at the bottom of the page to view the payment schedule for the transfer note.
If Swiss pay modes are not applicable for the company, select the “Payment Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the payment information details.
Select the "Attach Notes" link at the bottom of the page to attach notes.
Select the “Order Based Invoice” link at the bottom of the page to view the order based invoice details.
Select the “Item Invoice” link at the bottom of the page to view the item invoice details.
Select the “Expense Invoice” link at the bottom of the page to view the expense invoice details.
Select the “Delivery Charges Invoice” link at the bottom of the page to view the delivery charges invoice details.
Select the “Item Based Note” link at the bottom of the page to view the item based note.
Select the “Account Based Note” link at the bottom of the page to view the account based note details.
Select the “Supplier Receipts” link at the bottom of the page to view the supplier receipt details.
