View Storage Allocation Details

This page allows you to view the storage allocation details. The warehouse code and warehouse description are displayed in the header. The “Storage Allocation Information” multiline displays the item code, variant code, item variant description, zone, bin, storage category and storage rule for storing the item in the warehouse.

Select “View Storage Allocation Details” link at the top of the “Select Warehouse” page.

The “View Storage Allocation Detail” page appears.

The system displays the following in the header:

Warehouse Code	The unique code identifying the warehouse.
Warehouse Desc.	The description of the warehouse.

The system displays the following in the “Storage Allocation Information” multiline:

Item Code	The item code.
Variant Code	The variant code of the item.
Item Variant Desc.	The description of the item variant.
Zone	The zone in which the item is stored in the warehouse.
Bin	The bin in which the item is stored in the warehouse.
Storage Category	Indicates the storage category. Storage category could be either Exclusive or Shared.
Storage Rule	Indicates the storage rule. Storage rule could be either Only At or Also At.

Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline for viewing notes.

The system displays the following:

Created by	The login id of the user who created the storage allocation information.
Created Date	The system date on which the storage allocation information was created.
Last Modified by	The login id of the user who lastly created or modified the storage allocation information.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the storage allocation information was last created or modified.
