This page allows you to view the properties that are already defined for a warehouse. A warehouse can store a variety of items, in different stock statuses and also various types of receipts, issues and returns are possible on those items. You can view the item types allowed, stock statuses allowed, and transactions allowed in the warehouse, using this page.
Select the “View Warehouse Properties” link at the bottom of the “View Warehouse Information” page.
The “View Warehouse Properties” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the warehouse for which you need to view the properties. |

Warehouse Desc. |
The textual description of the warehouse. |
The system displays the following in the “Item Types Allowed” group box:

Raw Material |
The system displays this field as "checked", if raw materials are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |
|
Spare Part |
The system displays this field as "checked", if spare parts are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |
|
Consumable |
The system displays this field as "checked", if consumable items are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |
|
Intermediate |
The system displays this field as "checked", if intermediate items are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |

Tool |
The system displays this field as "checked", if tools are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |
|
Utility |
The system displays this field as "checked", if utility items are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |
|
Component |
The system displays this field as "checked", if components are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |
|
Finished Product |
The system displays this field as "checked", if finished products are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |

Capital Item |
The system displays this field as "checked", if capital items are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |

Pack |
The system displays this field as "checked", if packed items are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |
|
Scrap |
The system displays this field as "checked", if scrap is allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |

Sundry |
The system displays this field as "checked", if sundry items are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |

Phantom |
The system displays this field as "checked", if phantom items are allowed to be stored in the warehouse. |

Container |
The system displays this field as "checked", if container item types are allowed in the warehouse. |

Purchase |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Receipt” column, if purchase transactions are allowed in the warehouse. |

Production |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Receipt” column, if production transactions are allowed in the warehouse. |

Maintenance |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Receipt” column, if maintenance transactions are allowed in the warehouse. |

Stock Transfer |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Receipt” column, if stock transfer is allowed in the warehouse. |

Unplanned |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Receipt” column, if unplanned transactions are allowed in the warehouse. |

Sales |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Issue” column, if sale transactions are allowed in the warehouse. |

Production |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Issue” column, if production transactions are allowed in the warehouse. |

Maintenance |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Issue” column, if maintenance transactions are allowed in the warehouse. |

Stock Transfer |

Container Transfer |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Others” column if transfer of containers is allowed. |

Stuffing |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Others” column if stuffing of containers is allowed. |

Destuffing |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Others” column if destuffing of containers is allowed. |
|
Product Conversion |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Others” column if product conversion is allowed. |
|
Expiry Date Improvements |
The system displays the field as “checked” in the “Others” column if improvements in the expiry date is allowed. |

Stock Status |
All the stock statuses that are “Active” and defined in the “Stock Status Definition” component are displayed here. |

Permissible |
Indicates whether the stock statuses are permissible for the warehouse. This field could take the values “Yes” or “No”. |
