This Help page allows you to search and select a bin number and transfer the details to the field where it is required.
You can search for a bin number by specifying the zone number, zone description, bin number and bin description as the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the zones/bins that are in “Active” status. The selected bin number is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Bin” field.
The “Help On Zone-Bin” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a bin number.

Zone |
A unique code identifying the zone in the warehouse (Alphanumeric, 10). This can be a combination of characters and digits. You can specify this number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the zone numbers that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the bins irrespective of the zone number on the execution of “Search” button. |

Zone Desc. |
A textual description of the zone (Alphanumeric, 40). You can specify this description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the zone descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the bins irrespective of the zone description on the execution of “Search” button. |

Picking Priority |
The priority of issuing the items from the zone (Integer). The number entered here should be greater than zero. The picking priority must not be specified in fractions. |

Bin |
A unique code identifying the bin under the zone (Alphanumeric, 10). This can be a combination of characters and digits. You can specify this number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the bin numbers that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the bins irrespective of the bin number on the execution of “Search” button. |

Bin Desc. |
A textual description of the bin (Alphanumeric, 40). You can specify this description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the bin descriptions that are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the bins irrespective of the bin description on the execution of “Search” button. |

Picking Priority |
The priority of issuing the items from the bin (Integer). The number entered here should be greater than zero. The picking priority must not be specified in fractions. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a bin combination.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
