This page allows you to view the details related to the contact person who can be contacted regarding the transactions. During the creation of the supplier, the supplier’s organization details are collected. When there is any clarification to be made, the customers cannot contact the organization board. For a particular customer or set of customers, a contact person is assigned who takes care of all the dealings between them. Necessary information pertaining to the customer can be viewed in this screen and can be linked to a single or a group of suppliers.
Select the “View Contact Person” link at the bottom of the “View Supplier” page.

The System displays the following fields:

Supplier Code |
Code or Identification number of the supplier. |

Name |
Name of the supplier associated with the supplier code. |

Supplier Type |
The Suppliers type is displayed in this field. |

Supplier Level |
The Level in which the supplier is placed is displayed. The Levels can be OU Level or Company Level or Group Company Level. |
