This page allows you to view the details regarding the holidays of the suppliers. Certain set of days is declared as holidays for people who belong to various parts of the world. The Supplier’s list of holidays is known through this screen, which would enable the customer to know the dates in which the supplier is not available for supplying the items.
Select the “View Supplier Calendar” link at the bottom of the “View Supplier” page.
The “View Supplier Calendar” page appears.
The System displays the following fields:

Supplier Code |
Code or identification number of the supplier. |

Name |
Name of the supplier associated with the supplier code. |

Supplier Type |
The Suppliers type is displayed in this field. |
|
Supplier Level |
The Level in which the supplier is placed is displayed. The Levels can be OU Level or Company Level or Group Company Level. |
|
Effective From |
The Date from which the calendar is effective. |
|
Effective To |
The Date up to which the calendar number is effective. |
The System displays the following in the “Weekly Holiday” information tab:
The user’s selection regarding the Supplier’s weekly holidays is displayed in this field. The Checkboxes “Sunday”, Monday”, “Tuesday”, “Wednesday”, “Thursday”, “Friday” and “Sunday” appears as checked or unchecked based on the user’s selection.

The System displays the following in the “Holiday Details” information tab:

The Date declared as a holiday in the supplier’s end. |

Reason |
The Reason for which it is declared as a holiday is specified. |
