This help page allows you to search and select a consignment note number and transfer the details to the required field. You can search for a consignment note number by specifying the consignment note details in the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves all the consignment number created. The selected consignment number is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Consignment Note No” field.
The “Help On Consignment Note” page appears.

Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the
help page of the respective field.
Enter the following details in the header:
Consignment Note No |
The unique number that identifies the Consignment Note. |
Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the consignment note. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status. The combo is loaded with the values “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Closed” and “Deleted”. |
Consgn Note From Date |
The date from which the consignment note was created. |
Consignment To Date |
The date till which the consignment note was created. |
Customer Code |
The unique code that identifies the customer. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer corresponding to the customer code. |
Consignor Code |
The unique code that identifies the consignor. |
Consignor Name |
The name of the consignor corresponding to the consignor code. |
Consignee Code |
The unique code that identifies the consignee. |
Consignee Name |
The name of the consignee corresponding to the consignee code. |
From Location |
The location from which the item was picked. |
To Location |
The location till which the item was picked. |
Service_Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the service. The combo is loaded with the values “DOMESTIC” and “INTERNATIONAL”. |
POD Status |
The status of the proof of delivery. |
Picked Up Date From |
The date from which the item was picked up. |
Pickedup Date To |
The date till which the item was picked up. |
Delivered Date From |
The date from which the item was delivered. |
Delivered Date To |
The date till which the item was delivered. |
On click of “Search” button the following details are displayed in the multiline:
Consignment Note No |
The unique number that identifies the consignment note. |
Status |
The status of the consignment note. |
Consignment Note Date |
The date which the consignment note was created. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer corresponding to the customer code. |
Consignor Name |
The name of the consignor corresponding to the consignor code. |
Consignee Name |
The name of the consignee corresponding to the consignee code. |
From Location |
The location from which the item was picked. |
To Location |
The location till which the item was picked. |
CN Type |
The type of the consignment note. |
Service_Type |
The type of the service. |
POD Status |
The status of the proof of delivery. |
Click the “Ok” button to retrieve the “Help on consignment note” in the main screen.
