The allocation details offers the ability to allocate the vehicle and trip according to the plan. You can view the driver, vehicle, trailer details according to the specific search. The details are shown in the multiline according to the search of resource configuration.
Select the “Allocation Details” activity under the “Vehicle Planning” business component.
The “Allocation Details” page appears.

this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page
of the respective field.
Enter the following details:
Vehicle Planning No |
The number identifying the vehicle planning. |
Line No. |
The line number of the vehicle. |
Trip Plan |
The code identifying the trip plan. |
The system displays the following details:
Trip Log |
The code identifying the trip log details. |
Enter the following details in the “Resource Configuration” group box:
Configuration Resource |
Use the drop-down list box to select the configuration resource. The combo is loaded with the values “Trailer” or “Driver”. |
If the configuration resource is selected as “Trailer”, enter the following details:
Trailer |
The code identifying the trailer in which the goods or materials are shipped. |
Vehicle |
The unique code identifying the vehicle. |
Vehicle Request No. |
The unique number identifying the vehicle request. |
Click “Save” button to update the details in the multiline.
Expand the tree structure in the left hand side of the page.
Click on the “Allocation Details” folder and the system displays the respective allocation details in the right hand side of the page.
The system displays the following details in the “Vehicle Details” group box:
Vehicle No |
The unique number identifying the vehicle. |
Type |
Indicates the vehicle type. The system displays all the types in the “Maintain Codes” activity in “TMS Common Master” business component. |
Vehicle Make |
The manufacturer of the vehicle. |
Registration No |
The registration number of the vehicle. |
Vehicle Model |
The model number of the vehicle. |
Insurance Valid Till |
The date till which the insurance of the vehicle is valid. |
Attached Location |
The location to which the vehicle belongs. |
Owner |
The name of the vehicle owner. |
Last Updated Location |
The last updated location of the vehicle. |
Last Updated Status |
The last updated status of the vehicle. |
Last Updated Activity |
The last updated activity of the vehicle. |
Earlier Associated Trip |
The trip which has been associated earlier. |
Current Trip |
The current trip where the vehicle is allotted. |
The system displays the following details in the “Trailer Details” multiline:
Trailer No |
The code identifying the trailer in which the goods or materials are shipped. |
Trailer Type |
The type of the trailer. |
Trailer Make |
The manufacturer of the trailer. |
Trailer Model |
The model number of the trailer. |
Insurance Valid Till |
The date till which the insurance of the trailer is valid. |
Attached Location |
The location to which the trailer belongs. |
Owner |
The name of the trailer owner. |
Last Updated Location |
The last updated location of the trailer. |
Last Updated Status |
The last updated status of the trailer. |
Last Updated Activity |
The last updated activity of the trailer. |
Earlier Associated Trip |
The trip which has been associated earlier. |
Current Trip |
The current trip where the trailer is allotted. |

The name of the driver. |
