This page helps you to search and find the tax group for fetching the tax group to the field where it is required. The search criteria fields are not mandatory. However use of these fields, filters the search to obtain the required details.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Tax Group” Field.
The “Help On Tax Group” page appears.
Enter details in the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Tax Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax type you need to search. The field displays the first type of tax in the list as default on launch of the page. |

Tax Region |
The place where the tax declaration is required to be made (Alphanumeric, 10). |
|
Tax Group From |
The code of the tax group from which to start the search (Alphanumeric, 10). |

To |
The code of the group till which you require records (Alphanumeric, 10). |
|
Description |
Textual description of the group (Alphanumeric, 100). |
|
Tax UOM |
Unit of measurement, if required (Alphanumeric, 15). |

Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required type from, Item, Tax, Charge, Discount, and Usage ID. . |

Usage Id. / Item Code / ICD Code From |
The code from which to start search (Alphanumeric, 10). |
|
To |
The code till which the search is required (Alphanumeric, 10). |
|
Item / TCD Variant From |
The code of the variant from which to start the search (Alphanumeric, 32). |

To |
The end code of the variant till which the search is to be made (Alphanumeric, 32). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to fetch the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the “Tax Group Details” multiline:

Tax Type |
The type of tax for example VAT and TDS. |

Tax Region |
The place where the tax declaration is to be made. The region of the tax group. |
|
Tax Group |
User defined group to which Items/TCDs/Usage Ids are mapped. The tax groups passing the search criteria are displayed. |

Desc. |
The textual description of the tax group. |
Check the box in the select column of the “Tax Group Details” multine against the tax group that you require.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to fetch the selected tax group to the field it is required.
