The “Account Type Reports” page appears.

Tax Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the tax type for which you want to view the account type reports. The applicable tax types that are defined in the “Tax Setup” component will be available for selection. The system displays the first value by default on the launch of the page.

Tax Region

Use the drop-down list box to select the tax region for which you want to view the account type reports. The valid tax regions for the selected “Tax Type” which is defined in the “Tax Setup” component will be available for selection. The system displays the first value by default on the launch of the page.

Tax Community

Use the drop-down list box to select the tax community for which you want to view the account type reports. The valid tax community for the selected “Tax Type” which is defined in the “Tax Setup” component will be available for selection. The system displays the first value by default on the launch of the page.

Tax Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the tax category for which you want to view the account type reports. name="OLE_LINK1">The valid tax community for the selected “Tax Type” and “Tax Community” which is defined in the “Tax Setup” component will be available for selection. The system displays the first value by default on the launch of the page.

Tax Class

Use the drop-down list box to select the tax class for which you want to view the account type reports. The valid tax class for the selected “Tax Type” and “Tax Community” which is defined in the “TSET” component will be available for selection. The system displays the first value by default on the launch of the page.

Tax Account Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the tax account type for which you want to view the account type reports. The valid tax account type for the selected “Tax Type”, “Tax Community” and “Tax Category” which is defined in the “Tax Setup” component will be available for selection. The system displays blank by default on the launch of the page.

Tax Group From

The starting codes in the range of codes identifying the tax group for which you want to view the account type reports. (Alphanumeric, 10). The tax group must have been defined in the “Tax Rule Definition” component. The tax group must be valid and available in the active status.

Tax Group To

The ending codes in the range of codes identifying the tax group for which you want to view the account type reports. (Alphanumeric, 10). The tax group must have been defined in the “Tax Rule Definition” component. The tax group must be valid and available in the active status.

Finance Book

Use the drop-down list box to select the finance book . The finance books, which are defined in the login organization unit of the organization, will be available for selection. The system displays “All” by default on the launch of the page.

Tax Code From

The starting code in the range of codes identifying the tax code for which you want to view the account type reports. (Alphanumeric, 10). The tax code must have been defined in the “TRD” component. The tax group must be valid and available in the active status.

Tax Code To

The ending code in the range of codes identifying the tax code for which you want to view the account type reports. (Alphanumeric, 10). The tax code must have been defined in the “TRD” component. The tax group must be valid and available in the active status.

Account Code

A unique code identifying the account code for which you want to view the account type reports. (Alphanumeric, 32). The account code must have been defined in the “Tax Setup” component. The account code must be valid and available in the active status.

Cost Center

A code identifying the cost center (Alphanumeric, 10). The cost center must have been defined in the “CSET” component. The cost center must be valid and available in the active status.

Analysis Code

A code identifying the analysis code (Alphanumeric, 10). The analysis code must have been defined in the “CSET” component. The analysis code must be valid and available in the active status.

Sub Analysis Code

A code identifying the sub analysis code (Alphanumeric, 10). The sub analysis code must have been defined in the “CSET” component. The sub analysis code must be valid and available in the active status.

Date From

The dates in the range of dates identifying the starting date from which you want to view the account type reports. (Date Format).

Date To

The dates in the range of dates identifying the ending date upto which you want to view the account type reports. (Date Format).
