Tax Type

Use the drop-down list box to, select the tax type for viewing mapping details. The system displays blank in this field on launch of the page. All the tax types in the company database are listed in this field.

Tax Community

Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax community.

The field default value is blank. Blank Load Tax Community with the values applicable for the login Company The system fills the tax community field with a list of communities linked to the selected tax type.

Tax Category

Use the drop-down list to select the required tax category to view.

On entering values in both the tax type and tax community fields, the system lists tax category field with all the tax categories with status “Active”, both predefined and user defined.

Tax Class

For the specified tax type, tax community and tax category, the system displays the tax class records mapped to the combination. The system displays both the predefined and user defined records. The records are sorted alphanumerically in ascending order of tax class.

Created By

The login ID of the user who created the mapping.

Created Date

The date on which the mapping was creation.

Last modified By

The login  ID of the user last person who last modified the mapping.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the mapping was modified.
