View Declaration Period Details – Region

This page allows you to view details relating to the declaration periods in the declaration year, which is linked to a tax type – tax region combination. The page also provides the user ID of the person who created the period and the person who modified the period(s) along with the dates of such activity.
Select the “View Declaration Period Details – Region” link at the bottom of the “View Declaration Year Details – Region” page.
The “View Declaration Period Details - Region” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Tax Type |
The code of the type of tax you selected in the “View Declaration Year Details – Region page” |

Tax Region |
The code of the tax region you selected in the “View Declaration Year Details – Region page” |
Enter the following field in “Declaration Year Details” group box:

Declaration Year |
You can view all the values for the chosen year, or use the drop-down list box to choose the year to view the details relating to it. The declaration year drop-down list box populates with the chosen year as well as all the years available for the combination of tax type – tax region. |

The textual description relating to the chosen declaration year |

Status |
The status of the chosen declaration year |
|
Start Date |
The starting date of the chosen declaration year |
|
End Date |
The ending date of the chosen declaration year |
The system displays the following fields:

Declaration Period |
The declaration periods in the selected year depending on the frequency of declaring the tax. |

Desc. |
The description in respect of each period |
|
Pay Due Date |
The due date for declaration of tax for each period |
|
Start Date |
The beginning date of each period. |
|
End Date |
The ending date of each period. |
|
Status |
The status of each period. |
The system also displays the following fields:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the declaration period. |

Created Date |
The date on which the declaration period was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the declaration period. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the declaration period was last modified. |
