This page helps you to search and select a party code for fetching the details to the field where it is required.
You can search by selecting the party type, or give a range of party codes, or a range of party names. Based on the search criteria specified, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The system retrieves and displays the party code details for the selected type. You can fetch the selected party code is to the required field.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Party Code” Field.
The “Help On Party Code” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the party code:

Party Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required party type, Customer, or Supplier. The field displays the first loaded value in the list on launch of the page. |

Party Code From |
The start of the range of party code from which you require the search. Enter the code (Alphanumeric, 40). |

To |
The party code to define the range of party codes for your search. Enter the code (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
Party Name From |
The name of the party to start the search. Enter the name (Alphanumeric, 40). |

To |
The name of party till which, you require the search. Enter the name (Alphanumeric, 40). |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays details in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Party Type |
The type to which the party belongs, supplier or customer. |

Party Code |
The code of the party. |
|
Party Name |
The name of the party. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required party code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to fetch the selected party code to the required field.
