View Declaration Period Details - Region

This page allows you to view details including “Status” relating to the declaration periods in the declaration year, which is linked to a tax type – tax region combination. The page also provides the user ID of the person who created the period and the person who modified the period(s) along with the dates of such activity.
Select the “View Period Closure Status” link in the “Close Tax Calendar” page.
The “View Declaration Period Details - Region” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:

Tax Type |
The code of the type relating to the tax calendar closed in the “Close Tax Calendar” page is displayed. |

Tax Region |
The code of the tax region relating to the tax calendar closed in the “Close Tax Calendar” page is displayed. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Declaration Year Details” group-box:

Declaration Year |
The year code of the launching screen. The declaration year drop-down list box contains the chosen year as well as all the years available for the combination of tax type – tax region. You can view all the values for the chosen year, or Use the drop-down list box to choose the year to view all the details relating to it. |

Description |
The description relating to the chosen declaration year. |
|
Status |
The current status of the chosen declaration year. |
|
Start Date |
The starting date of the chosen declaration year. |
|
End Date |
The ending date of the chosen declaration year. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Declaration Period Details” multiline:

Declaration Period |
The declaration periods in the selected year depending on the frequency of declaring the tax. |

Description |
The textual description in respect of each period |
|
Pay Due Date |
The due date to pay tax for each period. |
|
Start Date |
The starting date of each period. |
|
End Date |
The ending date of each period. |
|
Status |
The current status of each period. |
The system displays in the following fields at the bottom of the page:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the declaration period. |

Created Date |
The date on which the declaration period is created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the declaration period. |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the declaration period was last modified. |
