View Transactions Pending Incorporation

This page allows you to view all the transactions, which are yet to be incorporated.
Select the “View Transactions Pending Incorporation” link in the “Incorporate Tax Transactions” page.
The “View Transactions Pending Incorporation” page appears.
Enter the following fields:

Tax Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax type. The system displays the first value in the list on launch of the page. The tax type for which you require to view the pending transactions for example VAT, and TDS. |

Finance Book Id. |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required finance book Id. The system displays the value “All” on launch of the page. |
|
From Date |
The date of the transactions from which you require to view the pending transactions (Date format). |
|
To Date |
The date of the transactions till which you require to view the pending transactions (Date format). The system displays the system date on launch of the page. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to obtain the details.
The “Document Details” multiline displays the following fields:

Finance Book |
The finance book applicable to the transactions. |
|
Transaction Type |
The type of each transaction. |
|
Transaction No |
The transaction number of each transaction. |
|
Transaction Date |
The date of each transaction. |
