Select the “Reverse Tax Declaration” link under the “Tax Settlement” business component.
The “Reverse Tax Declaration” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Declaration Period Details” group box:
Tax Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax type. The first value loaded in the list is displayed on launch of the page. Tax type is a code for the type of tax, for example VAT and Service Tax. |
Tax Community |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax community. The first value loaded in the list is displayed as default on launch of the page. Tax community is the government authority that administrates the tax laws. |
Tax Region |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax region. The first value loaded in the list is displayed as default on launch of the page. Tax region is the place where the tax declaration is required to be made. |
The system displays the following field in the “Reversal Details” group box:
Reversed On |
The system date. |
Enter the following fields in “Reversal details” group box:
Numbering Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the numbering type. |
Comments |
The necessary comments (Alphanumeric, 256). Mandatory |
Click the “Get Document Details” pushbutton to obtain the details.
The system displays the following fields in the “Document Details” multiline:
Tax Region |
The tax region of the declaration calendar. |
Declaration Period |
The period of declaration. |
Declaration Year |
The code for the declaration year. |
Finance Book Id. |
The ID of the finance book. |
Tax Journal No. |
The journal number. |
Date |
The date of the declaration year. |
Currency |
The currency of declaration. |
Amount |
The amount of tax pertaining to the declaration year. |
Reversal Doc. No. |
The number allotted on reversal. |
Click the “Reverse Declaration” pushbutton to reverse the tax declaration.
On reversal, the page refreshes with the reversal journal vouchers generated for each finance book
