View Party Certificate Information

This page allows you to view the details about the frequency of the tax certificates for different tax classes for a party. You can access the information by entering the details. Help facility is provided for obtaining the required party code.
Select the “View Party Certificate Information” link under the “Tax Settlement” business component.
The “View Party Certificate Information” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Party Details” group box:

Tax Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the tax type Mandatory. On launch of the page the system displays the first value loaded in the list box as default. |

Tax Region |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax region. On launch of the page the system displays the first value loaded in the list box as default. |

Party Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required party type from “Supplier”, and “Customer”. |

Party Code |
The required party code (Alphanumeric, 40) Mandatory. |

The system displays the following field in the “Party Details” group box:

Party Name |
The name corresponding to the party code is displayed. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to get the certificate details in the multiline.
The system displays the following fields in the “Certificate Generation Details” multiline:

Tax Region |
The tax region applicable |

Tax Class |
Tax class is a code that identifies the sub transactions type for reporting purposes, specified by the tax authorities. The system displays the saved data corresponding to the party code |

Certificate Frequency |
The system displays the saved data corresponding to the party code. |
The system also displays the following fields:

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the party certificate information. |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the party certificate information was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the certificate information. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the party certificate information was last modified. |
