This page helps you to search and select a party code for fetching the details to the field where it is required.
You can search by selecting the party type, or give a range of party codes, or a range of party names. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves the corresponding details in the multiline. The system retrieves and displays the party code details for the selected type. You can select the required party code and fetch it to the required field.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Party Code” Field.
The “Help On Party Code” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the party code:

Party Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required party type, Customer, or Supplier. The field displays the first loaded value in the list as default on launch of the page. |

Party Code From |
The start of the range of party code from which you require the search (Alphanumeric, 40). |

To |
The end of the range of party codes for your search (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
Party Name From |
The name of the party from which you require the search to start (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
To |
The end name till which you require the search (Alphanumeric, 40). |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Party Code |
The code of the party. |

Party Name |
The name of the party. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the required party code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to fetch the party code to the required field.
