This page allows you to delete the selected tax certificate. On deletion of the certificate, the system deletes the certificate details and recalculates the position of the pending certificates and stores the information.
Click the “Certificate Details” link provided along side the “Certificate No.” field in the “Select Tax Certificate” page.
The “Delete Tax Certificate” page appears.
Note: If you have entered the certificate number in the “Certificate No.” field at the top of the “Select tax Certificate” page, the “Delete Tax Certificate” page is displayed. The details of the certificate relating to the certificate number entered by you are also displayed in the new page.
The system displays the following fields in the “Certificate Details” group box:

Tax Type |
The type of tax relating to the certificate. |

Tax Region |
The tax region relating to the selected certificate. |
|
Certificate No. |
The number of the selected certificate. |
|
Certificate Date |
The date of the certificate. |
|
Total Certificate Amount |
The amount for which the certificate is made. |
|
Party Type |
The type of party, whether customer, supplier. |
|
Party Code |
The code for the party. |
|
Party Name |
The name of the party. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Transaction Details” multiline:

Transaction Instance |
The transaction instance applicable to the tax certificate. |
|
Finance Book |
Finance book applicable to the tax certificate. |
|
Transaction Type |
The type of transaction to which the tax certificate relates. |

Transaction No. |
The transaction number that gave rise to the certificate. |
|
Transaction Date |
The date of the transaction. |
|
Taxable Amount |
The amount reckoned for taxation. |
|
Tax Amount |
The tax amount reckoned. |
|
Certificate Amount |
The amount for which the certificate is issued. |
Click the “Delete Certificate” pushbutton to delete the selected certificate details.
