This activity allows you to generate a printout of the pending tax certificates in pre-defined format. You can specify search criteria on different parameters to obtain the printout of the type of report you require to see. The system also prints partially pending certificates with the pending amount. The system prints certificates for each new party beginning with a new page and specifies the total pending amount at the bottom of each page.
Select the “Tax Certificate Pending” link under the “Tax Transactions” business component.
The “Tax Certificate Pending” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Tax Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax type. The field displays value “All” at the launch of the page. Tax type is the type of tax for example, TCS and TDS. |

Party Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required party type from “Supplier”, “Customer”, and “Both”. The field displays the value “Both” on launch of the page as default. |

Party Code From |
The party code from which to start the search, (Alphanumeric, 40). |

To |
The end code to define the range of search (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Party name From |
The party name from which to start the search. The system retrieves records alphabetically (Alphanumeric, 40). |

The name till which you require the search (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Certificate No. From |
The certificate number from which you require the records (Alphanumeric, 20). |

The certificate number till which you require records (Alphanumeric, 20). |

Certificate Date From |
The certificate date, from which to start the search (Date format). |

Certificate Amount From |
The amount from which you require the records (Integer). |

Click the “Print ” pushbutton to print the required tax certificates which are pending.
