This page allows you to select the required tax certificate. You can select the certificate if you know the certificate number. If you do not know the certificate number, you can also select the certificate by searching for it after defining appropriate search criteria to view details,
Select the “View Tax Certificate” link under the “Tax Transactions” business component.
The “Select Tax Certificate” page appears.
Enter the following field if you have the certificate number you require to view:

Certificate No. |
The required certificate number if you have the information, (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Click the “Certificate Details” link by the side of the “Certificate No.” field.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box if you do not have the certificate number you require to view:

Certificate No. From |
The number to start the range of your search (Alphanumeric, 20). |

To |
The last certificate number in your range of search (Alphanumeric, 20). |
|
Certificate Date From |
The date to start the range of your search (Date format). |
|
To |
The end date of your range of search (Date format). |
|
Tax Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required tax type. |

Certificate Amount From |
The certificate amount from which to start the range of your search (Integer). |
|
To |
The certificate amount to end the range of your search (Integer). |

Party Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the required party type. |

Party Code From |
The starting code from which to start the range of search (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
To |
The last code till which the search is to be made (Alphanumeric, 40). |
|
Party Name From |
The alphabetical starting name from which to launch the search (Alphanumeric, 40). |

To |
The last name in the range of your search (Alphanumeric, 40). |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to search the results for the entered search criteria.
The system displays the following fields in the “Certificate Details” multiline.

Tax Type |
The type of tax. |

Certificate No. |
The certificate number allotted to the certificate. Click the hyperlink to fetch the certificate details to the “View Tax Certificate” page. |

Party Type |
The party type 'Supplier', 'Customer', and ‘Both’; the applicable value for the record is displayed. |
|
Party Code |
The code of the party for the certificate. |
|
Party Name |
The name of the party. |
|
Certificate Amount |
The amount of the certificate. |
Select the checkbox in the select column of the multiline against the certificate details you require to view.
Note: If you have entered the certificate number in the “Certificate No.” field at the top of the page, or selected a hyper link in the “Certificate Details” multiline, the “view Tax Certificate” page is displayed. The details of the certificate relating to the certificate number entered, or selected by you are also displayed in the new page.
Select the “View Tax Certificate without Document Reference” link at the bottom of the page to view certificated recorded without reference to any receipts.
