This Help page allows you to search and select a UOM class and transfer the details to the field where it is required.
You can search by specifying the UOM class and description as the filter criteria. Based on the specified search criteria, the system retrieves the UOM classes that are in “Active” status. The selected UOM class is transferred to the required page when the OK button is executed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “UOM Class” field.
The “Help on UOM Class” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a UOM code.

UOM Class |
A group of UOMs grouped into a class. It may be some predefined uom classes or a uom class defined by you. |

Description |
The description of the uom class. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Base UOM |
The uom class against which the uom conversions are defined. |

Automatic conversion |
The system displays either “YES” or “NO”. If “YES”, the system automatically does the conversion and if “NO” is displayed the conversion has to be done manually. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a UOM code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
