Unit Dashboard – A summary of the activity
This activity allows the user to maintain information on units. The unit details are maintained in various tabs and tab information are as follows:
Customer Tab: This tab displays information about the customer such as, the Customer Name, No. of units attached to the customer and the works orders pending for that particular customer.
Location Tab: This tab displays the location details from the “Location” business component and details pertaining to the number of units and the pending work orders from the “Unit Induction” business component.
Contacts Tab: This tab maintains information about the Contact person such as, the name of the contact, phone number, department, mobile number, email and fax.
Unit Tab: This tab displays information of the units. Each unit is identified by the unit code and information such as the item code, variant code, the Installed date, Service Level Agreement End Date and Unit category corresponding to the unit code are displayed from the “Unit Induction” business component.
Work Orders Tab: This tab displays details of the work order such as the work order code, unit details, and scheduled completion dates from the “Service Work order” business component.
Invoice Tab: This tab displays the invoice details, total amount, received amount and the mode of payment.
Complaints Tab: All the information about the complaints made to the customer is maintained in this tab. Information such as the complaint number, the customer details, location details of the customer, unit details and the corrective action taken are displayed from the “Customer Complaint” business component.
