Help on User
This page can be used for selecting the user or proxy user.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the ‘User Name’ or 'Proxy User Name' field on the main page.
The ‘Help On User’ page appears.
The system displays the following details:

Component Name |
The name of the component. |

Activity Name |
The name of the activity. |
|
Task Name |
The name of the task. |
Enter the following to search for a user. Data entry is optional in the following fields:

User Name |
The name of the user (Alphanumeric, 30). |
|
Org. Unit |
The organization unit to which the user belongs (Alphanumeric, 16). |
Click the ‘Search’ pushbutton to view the search results.
The system displays the following field in the multiline:

User Name |
The name of the user. |
|
User Org. Unit |
The name of the organization unit. |
|
Org. Unit Description |
The description of the organization unit. |
Check the box in the "Select" column of the multiline to select the user.
Click the "OK" pushbutton.
