This Help page allows you to search and select the customer group code and transfer the details to the required field.
You can search the customer group code by specifying details, which includes customer group code, customer group description, controlled group, customer code, customer name and group type code. The system retrieves the search result in the multiline. The system retrieves the customer group codes that are in the “Active” status. Select the customer group code from the multiline and click the “ok” pushbutton to transfer it to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Customer Group Code” field.
The “Help On Customer Group” page appears
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the customer group code.

Customer Group Code |
The code identifying the customer group. |

Customer Group Desc. |
The description of the customer group code. |

Controlled Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select whether the customer group is user-defined or not. You can select from "Yes" or "No". The system displays “All” by default on launch of this page. |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 16). |

Customer Name |
The name of the customer (Alphanumeric, 40). |

Group Type Code |
The code pertaining to the group type of the customer (Alphanumeric, 5). |

The description of the group type code (Alphanumeric, 40). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the specified search criteria:

The code identifying the customer group. |

The description of the customer group code. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the customer group code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
