This page allows you to view the details pertaining to the customer group that is displayed by default on launch of the page. This page also allows you to view the textual information pertaining to the customer group.
Select the “View Customer Group” link at the bottom of the “Select Customer Group” page.
The "View Customer Group" page appears.
The system displays the following details:

Status |
The status of the customer group code. |

Controlled Group |
The text that specifies whether the customer group is user-defined or system defined. |

Group Type Code |
The code identifying the group type of the customer. |

Group Type Desc. |
The description of the group type code. |

Customer Group Code |
The code identifying the customer group. |

Customer Group Desc. |
The description of the customer group code. |

Reason Code |
The code identifying the reason for which the customer group is activated or deactivated. |

The description of the reason code. |
The system displays the following details in the "Customer Details" multiline:

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer belonging to the customer group. |

Customer Name |
The name of the customer corresponding to the customer code. |
To proceed carryout the following:
Select the “Attach Notes” link at the bottom of the “View Customer Group” page.
The system displays the following details:

Created By |
The login user id of the person who has created the “Customer” component. |

Created Date |
The date on which the “Customer” component is created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login user id of the person who has last modified the “Customer” component. |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the last modification is done. |
