This Help page allows you to search and select the Address Id and transfer the details to the required field.
You can search the Address Id by specifying whether the given ship to customer is a prospect customer or a customer defined at OU level. The system retrieves the search results in the multiline. The system retrieves the Address Ids corresponding to the customer with “Active” status. Select the Address Id from the multiline and click the “ok” pushbutton to transfer it to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Address Id” Field.
The “Help On Address ID” page appears.
Enter the following detail:

Ship To Customer |
The code identifying the person to whom the goods are shipped. (Alphanumeric, 18) |
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the Address Ids.

Prospect |
The checkbox indicating whether the customer is a regular customer or not. |

Org. Unit |
The checkbox indicating whether the customer is registered at organization unit level. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Default Address Id. |
The default address id of the customer. |

Address Id. |
The code identifying the address of the customer. |

Address Line 1 |
The first line of the address of the customer. |
|
Address Line 2 |
The second line of the address of the customer. |
|
Address Line 3 |
The third line of the address of the customer. |
|
City |
The name of the city. |
|
State |
The name of the state. |
|
ISO Country Code |
The code identifying the name of the country. |
|
Zip Code |
The code identifying the above-mentioned area. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the Address Id.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
