This page allows you to modify the customer details. The system retrieves the customer details corresponding to the customer code. You can make modifications to the displayed fields.
Select the “Edit Customer Details” link at the bottom of the “Select Customer” page.
The “Edit Customer Details” page appears.
The system displays the following details in the “Common Customer Information” group box:
Status |
The status of the customer. The status must be “Active”. |
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer belonging to the customer group. |
Modify the following detail:
Customer Name |
The name of the customer corresponding to the customer code (Alphanumeric, 40).Mandatory. |
Customer Desc. |
The detailed description of the customer. |
The system displays the following detail:
Customer No. Type |
The number pertaining to the type of customer number. |
Enter the following detail:
Parent Customer Code |
The unique code that acts as a parent code for the newly created customer code. Parent customer code must not be same as customer code and it must exist. (Alphanumeric, 16) |

The system displays the following details:
Supplier Code |
The code identifying a supplier, if the supplier is also defined as the customer. |
Registration Date |
The date on which the customer is registered. |
Enter the following details:
Address Line 1 |
The first line of the address of the customer (Alphanumeric, 40) Mandatory. |
Address Line 2 |
The second line of the address of the customer, if any. (Alphanumeric, 40) |
Address Line 3 |
The third line of the address of the customer, if any. (Alphanumeric, 40) |
City |
The name of the city (Alphanumeric, 40) . |
State ID |
A unique code identifying the state. |
State Description |
The detailed description of the state. |
ISO Country Code |
The name of the country (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory |

Phone |
The phone number of the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). |
Mobile |
The mobile number of the customer (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Fax |
The fax number of the customer (Alphanumeric, 40). |
The e-mail id of the customer (Alphanumeric, 60). |

Zip Code |
The zip code identifying the address area (Alphanumeric, 20). |
URL |
The uniform resource locator pertaining to the e-mail id (Alphanumeric, 50). |
Click the “Edit Customer Details” pushbutton to save the modified details.
The Last Modified By is defaulted with the login OU. The Last Modified Date is defaulted with the system date. If Login OU and Created At is not same then the customer name, parent customer code, address line 1, address line 2, address line 3, city, state, country, zip code, phone, e-mail, fax, mobile and URL cannot be changed.
Select the “Map Location Coordinates” link at the bottom of the page to record latitude and longitude details.
