Customer Call – An Overview

Introduction

This component allows you to register customer requests or customer complaints for a  unit or its component. The complaints are processed as service work orders. The system generates a unique service work order identifier. This activity also allows you to view warranty details of the unit’s components. Additionally, there is a provision to capture the operational checklist details for the registered complaints.
