This report is a master report, which summarizes the information about process plans and parent item that use a specific activity. Report Information.
Select the “Activity Whereused” link under the “DP Reports”.
The “Activity Whereused” page appears.
Enter the following details in the “Report Filters” group box:

Department |
Use the drop-down list box to select the departments defined in the control unit for which the login user has access permission. The system retrieves the departments along with a blank value. The system displays “Blank” by default on launch of the page. |
Resource No. |
The number identifying the resource. |
Click the “Generate Report” pushbutton to view the process plan and item details where the selected activity is used.
The system generates and displays the report based on the following conditions:
If “Activity Code” or “Short Desc” is specified, then all the activity details using “Like” operator are retrieved in ascending order.
If “Department” is specified, then only activities attached to the given department are retrieved.
Activity Where Used – An Overview
The report gives you the activity details like code identifying the activity, run time, run quantity, and main resource details of the activity like number identifying the resource and maximum capacity units of the resource.
This page allows you to set the criteria to generate a report for a specific activity. The control unit that identifies the department to which each resource belongs can also be set as a part of the criteria. You can also specify the resource as a part of the filter criteria.
On generating the report, the system displays all the transactions based on the specified criteria. The system retrieves and displays the parent item, process plan and the corresponding product structure details that use the activity. All the transactions are displayed for the business unit, resource, activity, run time, run quantity and capacity of the resource.
