Scheduled Receipts Status Report – An Overview
This report gives you the picture of the receipts in terms of the order quantity, order status, due date and the vendor or the resource currently valid.
This page allows you to set the criteria to generate a report for a set of items or item groups. You can generate a scheduled receipt status report for a specific item and item group or for a range of items and item groups. The plant or warehouse where the items or item groups are identified can also be set as a part of the criteria. You can also specify the range of due dates that also form a part of the criteria.
This page allows you to generate a scheduled receipt status report that identifies all the work orders, purchase orders and sub contract orders for the specified items having “Released” status and whose due date falls in the specified date range. In the case of a work order, the current activity in progress and the resource on which the activity is being worked upon is identified. If more than one activity is in progress (activity in “Started” status), then the system considers the first activity in the process plan and retrieves the resource for that activity. If one or more activity is in progress and if that activity is a sub contract activity, then the vendors are identified for each of the activity. In the case of a purchase order or sub contract order then vendor is identified for that item. For these orders the order quantity and open or balance quantity is identified. All the transactions are displayed for the business unit.
