View Implement Engineering Change

This page allows you to view the engineering change requests that are implemented. The details of the engineering change request are populated from the calling page. Along with the request details, you can also view the revision details. You also view the notes attached to the engineering change request using the link provided at the bottom of the page.
Select the “View Implement Engineering Change” link at the bottom of the page.
The “View EC Implementation” page appears.
The system displays the following:

ECR No. |
The number identifying the engineering change request. |

ECR Desc. |
The description of the engineering change request. |
|
Zoom facility available. |
|
|
ECR Status |
The status of the engineering change request. It can be "Active", "Inactive", "Authorized", "Resolved" or "Implemented". |

EC Need Date |
The date on which the engineering change is required. |
|
ECR Type |
The type of the engineering change request. It can be "Engineering", "Production", "Subcontracting" or "All". |
|
Authorized By |
The person who authorized the engineering change request. |
|
Remarks |
The remarks specified by the user. |
The system displays the following details in the “Revision Details” multiline:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |
|
Variant Code |
The code or number identifying the variant of the item. |
|
Current Rev. No. |
The number identifying the current revision number of the item variant specified. |
|
Current Short Desc. |
The current short description of the item variant specified. |
|
Current Item Desc. |
The current description of the item. |
|
New Rev. No. |
The revision number identifying the item variant undergoing engineering changes. The system increments “1” by default from the current revision number. |
|
New Short Desc. |
The new short description of the item variant specified. |
|
New Item Code |
The new code identifying the item. |
|
Effective From |
The date from which the item revision is valid. |
|
Effective To |
The date till which the item revision is valid. |
|
Remarks |
The remarks specified by the user. |
