This page facilitates you to search an estimate for transferring the estimate details to the calling page where it is required.
You can specify the estimate, the status of the estimate along with the estimate by defined for the estimate in the search criteria. You can also specify the range of estimate dates based on which the search results are retrieved. Further you can enter the quotation, item and project defined for the estimate and initiate the search operation. Based on the details specified in the search criteria, the system retrieves the corresponding results in the multiline. The selected row containing the estimate details is transferred to the required page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Estimate No.” field.
The “Help On Estimate No.” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Estimate No. |
The number identifying the estimate for which the details are to be retrieved. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the estimate. You can select from "Draft", "Authorized", "Quoted", "Inactive" or “Blank”. The system displays ”Blank” by default on launch of the page. |

Estimated By |
Use the drop-down list box to select the “Estimated By” of type “Maintained By” as defined in the control units from “Organization Model” business component for which the login user has “All” access permissions to the login Business Unit. The system displays ”Blank” by default on launch of the page. |

Estimate Date From |
The starting date in the range of dates from which the estimate details has to be retrieved. |
|
Estimate Date To |
The starting date in the range of dates till which the estimate details has to be retrieved. |
|
Quotation No. |
The number identifying the quotation for which the estimate details are retrieved. |
|
Item Code |
The code identifying the item for which the estimate details are retrieved. |
|
Project |
The code identifying the project as defined in the MAC (Management Accounting) for which the estimate details are retrieved. |

RFQ No. |
The number identifying the request for quotation for which the estimate details are retrieved. |
|
Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer for which the estimate details are retrieved. |

Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the estimate details.
For the combinations specified in the search criteria, the system retrieves the estimate details to the multiline using “%” operator if only one field is specified.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

The number identifying the estimate. |

The number identifying the version of the estimate. |

Estimate Date |
The date on which the estimate was created. |

Status |
The status of the estimate. It can be "Draft", "Authorized", "Quoted" or "Inactive". |

The code identifying the project as defined in the MAC (Management Accounting). |

Customer Code |
The code identifying the customer. |

Customer Name |
The name of the customer. |

RFQ No. |
The number identifying the request for quotation. |

RFQ Status |
The status of the request for quotation. It can be “Draft”, “Fresh”, “Deleted” or “Quoted”. |

Quotation No. |
The number identifying the quotation. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the estimate details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the estimate number to the main screen.
