This activity presents you with search criteria to search and select the mass change reference and transfers the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on entering the mass change reference and validity dates field in the search criteria. On initiating the search operation, the system retrieves the corresponding results that match the criteria in the multiline. If no search criteria are specified, the system retrieves all the mass change references defined in the Organization Unit. The selected details are transferred to the calling page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Mass Change Ref” field.
The “Help On Mass Change” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Mass Change Ref |
The unique number generated by the system, which is used to refer to the mass change. |
Remarks |
Refers to the remarks of the mass change reference. |
From Date |
The date from which the mass change is valid. |
To Date |
The date till which the mass change is valid. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the mass change reference details in the “Search Results” multiline.
The system retrieves all the mass change reference numbers, if search fields are left blank.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

The number identifying the mass change reference. |
Remarks |
The remarks of the mass change reference. |
Date |
The date that defines the validity of the mass change. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the mass change reference.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the mass change ref to the main page.
