Using online help

This activity presents you with search criteria to search and select the planning bill and transfers the same to the main page. You can initiate the search on entering the planning bill, the status of the planning bill, the planning group, warehouse and the control unit fields in the search criteria. On initiating the search operation, the system retrieves the corresponding results that match the criteria  Otherwise, the system does not retrieve any details. The selected details are transferred to the calling page when it is confirmed. 

The “Help On Planning Bill” page appears.

Planning Bill No.

The unique number that identifies the planning bill.

Desc.

The description of the planning bill.

 

Zoom facility available.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the planning bill. You can select from “Active”, “Draft”, “Inactive” or "All". The system displays “Active” by default on launch of the page.

 

  • Active – indicates a valid planning bill.

 

  • Draft – indicates an incomplete planning bill.

 

  • Inactive – indicates an invalid planning bill.

 

  • All – indicates all the planning bills.

The code identifying the planning group.

Plg. Group Desc.

The description of the planning group.

Warehouse Code

The code identifying the warehouse where the planning bill is valid.

Maintained By

Use the drop down list box to select the “Maintained By” control units for which the login user has access permission.

The system retrieves all the planning bill numbers, if search fields are left blank.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

The number identifying the planning bill.

Desc.

The description of the planning bill.

PS Usage

Indicates the product structure usage. It can be “Standard”, “Alternate1”, “Alternate2”, “Alternate3”, “Alternate4”, “Alternate5”

Valid From

The date from which the planning bill of the planning group is valid.

Valid To

The date till which the planning bill of the planning group is valid.

Warehouse Code

The code identifying the warehouse where the planning bill is valid.

UOM

The production unit of measure.

Status

The status of the planning bill.
