This page presents you with search criteria to search and select the warehouse and transfer the same to the main screen. You can initiate the search on entering or selecting the warehouse along with the type of the warehouse and the plant attached to the warehouse in the header. On initiating the search, the system retrieves the corresponding results that match the criteria in the multiline. Otherwise, the system does not retrieve any details. The selected details are transferred to the main page when it is confirmed.
Click the lens icon positioned along the “Warehouse” field.
The “Help On Warehouse” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the warehouse where the items are valid. |

Warehouse Desc. |
The description of the warehouse. |
|
Zoom facility available. |
|

Warehouse Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the warehouse. You can select from “All”, “Free”, “Normal”. |

Site Code |
The code identifying the site where the warehouse is located. |
|
Plant |
Use the drop-down list box to select the plants attached to the warehouse. |

Wh Transaction Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the transaction type to which the warehouse belongs. The combo is loaded with options “All”, “Commercial”, “Capital”, “Manufacturing” and “Trading”. The system displays “Manufacturing” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the warehouse details.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Warehouse Code |

The type of the warehouse. It can be “All”, “Free”, “Normal”. |

The transaction type of the warehouse. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the warehouse details.
Click the “OK” pushbutton to transfer the Warehouse Code to the main page.
