This page allows you to view the agreement details. Based on the contract and amendment number entered, the contract and agreement details are retrieved and displayed in this page.
Select the "View Agreement” link at the bottom of “View Contract" page.
The "View Agreement” page appears.
The system retrieves and displays the following details for the contract number entered:

Status |
The status of the contract. |

Contract No. |
The number identifying the contract. The system ensures that this field is not left blank. It also checks for the validity of the contract number if it is not left blank. |

Amendment No. |
The number identifying an amendment made on the contract. |
|
Contract Date |
The date on which the contract was created. |
|
Contract Desc. |
The description of the contract. |
The system displays the following details in the “Agreement Details” multiline:

Effective Date |
The start date of the period from which the price list and the payment terms for this agreement will be active. |
|
Expiration Date |
The end date of the period up to which the price list and payment terms for this agreement is active. |
|
Currency |
The currency applicable to the agreement. The system initializes valid values from the “Currency” business component. |

Price List No. |
The number identifying the price list. |
|
Pay Term |
The code identifying the pay term. |
|
Pay Term Desc. |
The description of the pay term. |
