This page allows you to view the model details for the selected order line number. You can enter the line number for which the details of the model are to be viewed. The model item details along with the shipping details are retrieved and displayed in this page.
Select the "View Model Bill” link at the bottom of "View Sale Order " page.
The "View Additional Model Details" page appears
The system displays the following details:

Order Status |
The status of the sale order. |

Order No. |
The number identifying a sale order. The system ensures that this field is not left blank. It also checks for the existence of the order number. The system retrieves the page details for the selected order number and amendment number. |

Amendment No. |
The number identifying an amendment made on the sale order. |
|
Order Date |
The date on which the sale order was created. |
Enter the following field in the “Line Item details” group box:

Order Line No. |
The number identifying the sale order line (Integer).The system ensures that the line number should not be left blank and also checks for the existence of the line number for the order number. |
The system retrieves and displays the following details if the line number value exists:

Item Code |
The code identifying the item. |

Variant Code |
The code identifying the item variant. |
|
Item Variant Desc. |
The description of the item variant. |

Zoom facility available. |
|
|
Item Type |
The type of the item. It can be "Item", "Model ", "Kit" or "Service". |
|
Shipping Point |
The point from where the item type model is shipped to the delivery area. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Model Item details“ mulitline:

The code identifying the model item code. |

Variant Code |
The code identifying the model item variant. |

Item Variant Desc. |
The description of the model item variant |

Ship Together |
To indicate whether the goods are to be shipped together or not. It can be either “Yes” or “No”. |

Warehouse Code |
The code identifying the shipping location warehouse at which the specified quantity of the item is available. |
