Using online help

This page allows you to view the contribution details of each salesperson. For the order number selected, the system retrieves the order details in this page. You can enter the line number for which the contribution details are to be viewed. Based on the line number entered, the system displays the salesperson and sales team contribution details in the multiline.

The "Sales Persons Contribution" page appears.

The system displays the following details:

Order Status

The status of the sale order.

Order No.

The number identifying a sale order. The system ensures that this field is not left blank. It also checks for the existence of the order number. The system retrieves the page details for the selected order number and amendment number.

Amendment No.

The number identifying an amendment made on the sale order.

Order Date

The date on which the sale order was created.

The system displays the following details in the “Invoice Information” group box:

Invoice No.

The unique number identifying the Invoice.

Invoice Date

 The date on which the Invoice was created.

Invoice Status

 The status of the Invoice. .

Invoice Line No.

The line number of the Invoice for which the sales person details are to be specified. The system checks if the line number is null. If not null, the system verifies if the line number is valid for the Invoice number

Note: This section will be displayed only if the Specify Sales Person Contribution link is launched from Customer Direct Invoice.

Order Line No.

The number identifying the sale order line (Integer).The system ensures that the line number should not be left blank and also checks for the existence of the line number for the order number.

The system displays the following field details in the “Sale Persons Contribution Details“ multiline:

Sales Person Code

The code identifying the salesperson.

First Name

The first name of the salesperson.

Middle Name

The middle name of the salesperson.

Last Name

The last name of the salesperson.

Sales Person % Contribution

The percentage contributed by the salesperson for the sale of the line Item.

Sales Team Code

The code identifying the sales team.

Sales Team Description

The description of the sales team.

Team % Contribution

The percentage contributed by the team for the sale of the line item.

Contribution Amount

The amount contributed by salesperson or sales team.
