Basics of using Ramco Enterprise series web page

Using online help

This page allows make available to promise the input items for the customer. You can retrieve the items based on details entered in the search criteria. The system displays the sale order number selected in the main page. You can enter the line number of the items, the item code, the variant code, required quantity, single unit of measurement, required date of the items, formula ID to calculate the ATP and the lead time of manufacturing. The system retrieves the input items based on the details entered.    

The "ATP For Input Items" page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Sale Order Number

The number identifying the sale order.

Line Number

A number identifying the line item in the sales order. (Integer).

Item Code

A code identifying the input items for which you want to set the ATP in the sales order. (Alphanumeric, 8).

Variant

A code identifying the variant of the item for which you want to set the ATP in the sales order. (Alphanumeric, 8).

The system displays the following:

Description

A textual description of the input items.

Required Quantity

A number identifying the required quantity of the items. (Integer).

UOM

A single unit of measurement of the items in the sales order. (Alphanumeric, 18).

Required Date

The required date of the items by the customer. (Date Format).

Formula (BOM)

The code identifying the formula for calculating the ATP for input items in the sales order. (Alphanumeric, 12).

Manufacturing Lead Time

The time identifying the manufacturing lead-time of the input items in the sales order. (Time Format).

The system displays the following fields in the “ATP For Input Items” multiline:

Item Code

The code identifying the item.

Variant Code

 The code identifying the variant of the item.

Description

A textual description of the variant of the item.

Required Quantity

The number identifying the required quantity of the items.

UOM

The single unit of measure of the items.

Required Date

The required date of the dispatch of the goods to the customer.

Available

The value identifying the availability of the item in the warehouse. It could be “Yes” or “No”.

Available Quantity

The available quantity of the items in the warehouse.

Earliest Available Date

The earliest available date of the item in the warehouse.

Item Type

The type of item available in the available for dispatch.

Planning Type

The type of planning for dispatch of the goods.

Standard Warehouse

The warehouse in the sales order from where the goods are taken for dispatch

Stocking Point

The code identifying the stocking point of the goods.
